Clients who work in the food industry are required to have a valid health card signed by a physician. Please walk with your VDRL and Stool OCP results so that the cards can be signed on the same day.

To cancel or reschedule wherever possible please call or email us at least 24 hours in advance. There is no fee for cancelled or rescheduled appointments.
